Landscape park, gardens and pleasance to Hollycombe House a cottage ornee constructed in 1803, remodelled as a tudor style house in 1892. The two-storey house is built of coursed stone with ashlar quoins. The pleasance and park were created during the early 19th century. The pleasance was developed further in the 1870s as an arboretum; planting has continued throughout the 20th century. The gardens date from the late 19th century and include two walled gardens and garden terraces of 1892. The gardens were further developed in the 20th century including the creation of the string of ponds.
