Farmhouse, outbuildings and cottages of late 18th to early 19th century. The farmhouse faces the street and is of two unit plan in two storeys, built of brick with a concrete tiled roof (possibly heightened in the later 19th century). There is a small single storey wash house to the right with a Swithland slate roof. The rear wing is recessed and extended to the west. Behind this, a parallel rear wing continues as outbuildings, former pig styes and (at right angles) two cottages. this are brick with Welsh slate roofs in one or two unit plans.
