Small, single storey rectangular gabled stone farm building, original purpose unknown. Now a holiday cottage attached at left to open fronted cartshed now used as garage, pigeon holes on left gable. Cobbled area in angle with granite slabs forming path to doorway. Slab at end of path with initials C E carved into it. Two staddle shafts beside path. Originally the farm buildings belonging to Gwendra, now all converted to holiday accommodation with the exception of the ground floor of Granary and Hayloft which is a store. L-shaped range comprising two 2-storied sotne barn/cowhouses. Main block is banked and has small single storey addition at rear probably root store. Situated to right of main range is small single storey building possibly former dairy, with attached cart shed. Buildings form rough C plan enclosing yard now grassed over. Much reduced due to conversion though some interesting features remain. Hayloft is an unusual fragmentary survival of an earlier phase, probably C18th.
