1 & 2 Sunnyfield Cottages, Broadclyst, Killerton

First of three pairs of two storey double pile semi-detached cottages with single ridge gable-ended roof, each side having a front and rear gabled dormer. Built after the Broadclyst fire of 1870 they are a good example of sandstone estate cottages; number 2 being very much as originally built.
