Hadrians Wall on Steel Rig - S face Section 1

S face of Clayton Wall from the road at NY 75076759 to where the Wall turns S towards Peel Gap at NY75216759, 6/7 courses, 1m high, 139.89m in length. Roman footings for 60m from junction with field wall, 2 Roman courses but without hard mortar 55m from juction, continuing for 60m, last 20m mostly total rebuild. Horizontal offset projecting 0.15m.
