A terrace of four late 18th century town houses, now offices, constructed from red brick in Flemish bond with sandstone dressings and slate roofs. They are double-depth in plan, each house single-fronted, with back extensions. The houses are three storeys high over cellars and all have a three bay window range, apart fron NO. 27 which is of two bays. To the rear of No. 31 is an attached early 19th century chapel with gabled ends.
