Rectangular single storey hipped stone and cob building now store. Probably former cart shed, much repaired and altered in C20. Although lacking features this building should be much better maintained as it is the earliest of the farm buildings and part cob, rare for this area. Extensive stone built farm group opposite Lanteglos-by-Fowey church and comprising the following: Large gabled farmhouse of two distinctly different builds. Earlier 2 1/2 storey right block faces concreted yard enclosed by 2 storey left block faces garden enclosed, and divided from yard by stone walling. Three further small farm buildings close to rear of house and another barn/cow house range with separate yard further uphill to the west.
