Terraced two-bay two-storey house, c.1900, possibly with dormer attic. Reroofed. One of a group of three possibly originally forming part of a group of five. Pitched (shared) roof with replacement artificial slate, clay ridge tiles, rendered (shared) chimney stacks having stringcourses, stepped capping supporting terracotta pots or yellow terracotta tapered pots, rendered coping to party wall, and replacement uPVC rainwater goods on cut-granite eaves having iron ties. Rendered, ruled and lined walls. Square-headed window openings with cut-granite sills, concealed red brick block-and-start surrounds, and one-over-one timber sash windows. Square-headed door opening with cut-granite padstones, and replacement glazed timber panelled door. Street fronted with concrete footpath to front.
