Earthwork bank extending 12m West from a pond. It is accompanied by a ditch which extends for a further 33m. Purpose and date uncertain.

WINGHALE PRIORY

Benedictine alien grange of Seez Abbey, founded in 1115, dissolved in 1400, seen as earthworks. Ditches containing Iron Age/Roman pottery and stray finds of human bone have been recovered during gravel extraction. The earthworks consist of an enclosure and probable fishponds.
