Former house which is shown on OS map (1986) and on 1946 APs. Now demolished. (Thomas, D 1995a, 11).No trace of the house or its outbuildings survive. Area now used for storing timber prior to sawing (Detheridge, R, 1997b, 9).

Stone built house recorded on 1854 map;stonework now painted over. Exterior hasbeen altered and interior is plastered and shows no original features. Fronts Berriew Road on its west side and the canal on the east side. Access through mainentrance to Hollybush Coal Wharf (Frost, P, 1998).
