Linear boundary - mostly of roughly placed stone, possibly with an earthworkcomponent although this is very slight. Exposed in an area of washed tailings from the nearby lead mine which has suppressed the heather - soon lost to either side of this.(Silvester, R J & Hankinson, R 1995).

Slightly ploughed down boundary bank and ditch to north and south of valley slopes. Recently improved pasture. Approximately 2m across and 0.25m high. Ditch filled. (CPAT 1994).

Dancing Ground Boundary Bank

Linear boundary bank crossing ridge in a NW/SE direction. NW end terminates immediately opposite a small pool. Broken at intervals along its length, possibly as a result of being crossed by trackways along the ridge. SE end enters bracken and was not followed.
